At LVW Underwear, we stand by the quality of our garments and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, products that have been tried on or removed from sealed packaging are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the hygiene seal has not been tampered with.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
